Welcome to PickiPedia
PickiPedia is an invite-only community. To create an account, you'll need an invite code from an existing member.
How it works
- Get an invite - Ask someone you know who's already a member. They can create an invite for you at Special:CreateInvite.
- Use the code - Enter the invite code below along with your chosen username and password.
- Join the community - Once registered, you can edit pages, create content, and invite others.
Why invites?
PickiPedia is a knowledge base for bluegrass, old-time, and traditional music. We use an invitation system to:
- Build a web of trust - Every member is vouched for by someone in the community
- Maintain accountability - Your invite chain is recorded (who invited you, who invited them, etc.)
- Keep out spam - No anonymous bot signups
